This is an herbal treatment for colds and flu that works as an expectorant and promotes sweating making it good for use with feverish chest colds. The plant is known botanically as borago officinalis and originated in Europe. The plant is adorned with blue star shaped flowers and the seeds of the plant contain gammal linolenic acid, faty acid and prostaglandin.
