Blackberry Cold and Flu Natural Remedy |
Blackberry which is more commonly known as bramble by many people is a rich source of vitamin C and can be used as a tea in the treatment of colds and flu. Blackberry is botanically known as Rubus fruticosus L. and is a part of the family Rosaceae, and can be called bramble, dewberry, goutberry, and thimbleberry.
